I’m looking for someone to take over my room starting late August or September 1 for our cozy 3 bedroom downtown apartment! The lease is until December 1, and you can renew if you like the apartment :) Located in a prime location in the beltline/mission area, just off 17th ave. The apartment is fully furnished, except for the bedroom. We have a full kitchen with all the appliances, a cozy living room, and a spacious, sunny balcony with seating. Rent is $860 and we split wifi/electricity monthly, which is about $50 or so. Parking is available starting at $90/month. The building also has a gym and common outdoor space. We’re looking only for a female roommate around the same age as us, who’s relatively clean and respectful of others. Also pet friendly! The other 2 roommates are females in their early 30’s; one of which loves to cook and read, and the other is away for work in BC on a week on week off rotation. I’m a 28 year old working professional and I’m away for work quite often. I love being active, doing basically anything outdoors, trying new restaurants, and travelling! I’m a pretty social person, but I do also value time to myself.
