About the room
My wife is subletting her beautiful and spacious studio apartment for the summer. It is located on Victoria Street with easy access to UW, WLU and Conestoga College. Bus routes 12 and 20 have stops right in front of the apartment. There’s keypad access for the building and the apartment, which ensures safety. It’s conveniently located close to several grocery stores (Food Basics, Onkar Food and Spices and Aryana Supermarket), Tim Hortons and multiple restaurants. Parking is available and free. All utilities (wifi, hydro, water, power, etc) are included in the cost. We are excited to have you enjoy living in our amazing apartment!
Dates available: 27th May - 15th August (slightly flexible with dates) Rent: $1500/month (including all utilities)
About the roomies
We are looking for a graduate student or a working professional. Couples are welcome as well. No smoking of any substance is allowed in the apartment.
