Renting out my other bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment. I’m very clean, and you should be too. No parties, heavy drinkers, or drugs. I work full time, so don’t want a lot of noise. I have one small dog. Smoking outside on balcony permitted. Parking is $50/month extra. Laundry facilities in building. You must be trustworthy and respectful. Proof of income required.

Only looking for one reliable and clean roommate. You must pay for your own food and laundry. I have one double bed in that room. No couples, only single occupancy.
