This is a three floored semi-detached house steps away from Loblaws, Shoppers Drug Mart, DROM Taberna, and so many restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, and boutiques to explore on Queen West. You will literally never be bored in this area, there are so many amazing little worlds to explore. The first floor has a very spacious kitchen, full laundry, bathroom, and living area. The second floor has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a glass shower (Your room will be on the second floor with a south facing window). The third floor has the third bedroom, a bathroom, and another shared kitchenet and co-working space. You will have a working station on the third floor with an electric standing desk, a white-board, and a view of the CN-Tower!

There are already two other roommates living in the unit, Bernice and Mickayla (and also Timo, the household cat). This is a Queer friendly household and we are looking for a woman identifying third roommate to replace me (I’m on a trip before my lease ends and moving to another unit when I come back). My one year lease ends August 2024, after which you can sign on as co-leaseholder with Bernice and Mickayla to stay in the unit long-term.
