The room is the basement with a separate entrance through the backyard . Room includes a single bed, night table and closet. All utilities are included, free wifi(rogers ignite) and free washer/dryer on weekends. A huge shared kitchen with fridge ,stove and microwave. Shared bathroom (newly renovated) There is a cleaning schedule provided by the landlord in order to keep the place clean. Each roomie is obligated to clean the common area on their day.

The other roomies are mature gentleman that have been living at the property for over 3 years . They are mature employed gentlemen who keep to themselves and are busy with their own lives . I the landlord also live in the same property on the top floor .
