Current roomate is moving out of the city and I am trying to find someone new to live with. I am currently an engineering student with 1 year left of school and I am hoping to sign a new lease with someone new. The apartment is available for move in anytime from May 1st - 20th. (The new lease will start May 20th)

I am hoping we can also make a good deal on keeping the bedroom furnished as I have it in the picture, anything you see could be yours as my current roomate won’t be taking anything with him and it would make both of our lives much easier to leave the bedframe/mattress/desk etc.
