Jennifer's room

Room on the main floor attached to living room. Large basement for storage, fenced off backyard and laundry on site. Picture is old since there is still currently someone living in the room, but the room will come empty besides from the mirror on the wall.

I am a quite and clean person who likes to keep to myself. I am in my mid 20’s and currently work irregular hours at my job. I often like to paint and watch movies in my free time. Looking to rent to someone relaxed and easy going who is respectful of their space. No smoking.
