Room is on the main floor attached to living room. Large basement for storage, fenced off backyard and laundry on site. The room is currently being used as storage for a friend as of right now, but the room will come empty besides from the mirror on the wall. I have a cat who unfortunately doesn’t get along with other animals so im looking for someone with no pets. No smoking is kinda the only hard rule.

Rent is expensive so I’m looking around for someone to potentially move in to save up on cash. I have the rent price listed as a thousand since that’s about half of what I pay but if it’s out of your budget I’m willing to lower it. I’m generally a pretty quite person, when I’m not at work I’m usually drawing or painting something upstairs or I’m outside gardening.
