Alejandro's room

Hello everyone. I have a room available starting March 1st in a town house. The house has 3 floors with three rooms and two bathrooms. The house also have a living room, kitchen, laundry area, 2 bathrooms. The location is at Bleecker Street, pretty close to ILAC, Sherbourne station (3 minutes), one station near to Yonge and Bloor, near to 2 buses stations (2 minutes) . The room is unfurnished and has an own bathroom the price per month is $1300 without utilities. Is perfect for students. We have access to gym, bbq zone, study area, game zone. We are really close to conveniences stores like Frescho, Rabba, No Frills and Food Basics, shoppers Drugs, Hair saloons, wine rack, LCBO, etc. If you would like more information please send me a message

We were two international students, now we both are working between Monday and Friday. We are really good roommates, we share the first floor and we like to have a good environment in the house.
