Hi! My roommate and I are seeking a third female roommate to join us in our cozy 3-bedroom apartment in NDG for a year long lease starting July 1st.

Located conveniently, our apartment is just a 20-minute walk to the Loyola Campus, with essential amenities like Dollarama, Couche-Tard, Provigo, and Pharmaprix within a short distance. Public transportation options are abundant, with bus stops for the 105, 138, and 365 buses nearby, and Vendome metro station just a 10-minute bus ride away. Additionally, the neighborhood offers a variety of restaurants and cafes for your enjoyment.

The available room is furnished with a closet and desk, and rent includes all utilities such as electricity, wifi, and water. There’s a TV in the living room and the apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Additionally, there’s a laundry room and gym available in the basement.
