This is a private spacious room in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of yard-space and parking. the suite has all the amenities you need including: in suite free laundry, full shower/bath, full kitchen, lounge, dining area and more! The room will be unfurnished, but could be furnished if that works better for you.

I am a male 27-year old student/tradie. I keep to myself for the most part and work most days. I’m open to most lifestyles and work off of mutual respect and good communication. As long as we have a good rapport I’m sure we’ll get along!
