1 unfurnished bedroom in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo. Third floor apartment with balcony. All utilities included except electric. Coin-operated laundry in the building, but washer/dryer hookup in unit. Dishwasher in unit. 5 minute walk to the nearest pharmacy. 10-15 minute walk to the nearest grocery store. 10-15 minute drive to UPEI.

Hello! I am a current first year veterinary student. I currently have no pets. I enjoy skiing and the outdoors, and will read and paint in my rare free time. I am relatively quiet and don’t stay up late. I am preferably looking for a female student or young professional.
