The apartment is a 3 bedroom 1 1/2 baths bi-level located in the Beltline and is furnished and the room can be furnished for a fee.

The apartment building is secure and only a block away from 17th ave and a 10 minute walk from the train. There is a gym and community spaces available for use. We are looking for someone who is clean and respectful but knows how to have fun and is willing to sign on to the lease. Looking for a female roommate only, I apologize but I will likely not respond to male applicants as it has become a waste of time. One roommate is a woman in her 30s who enjoys reading, baking and gaming. The other is a woman in her late 20s and likes hiking, adventure, and delicious food.

Please respond with some information about yourself and what you do for work so we know if you’ll be a good fit as a roommate. We are keen to find some one who will get along with us and is looking for long term stable housing. I will not respond to availability inquiries that don’t include a statement about yourself.

Also to be completely transparent we’ve had a few international roommates over the last year all of whom have promised to stay long term but have moved out of the city after 3 months each. We are prioritizing applicants who have been in the country for more than 2 years and can meet all the requirements to sign on to a one year lease with boardwalk. We want someone who we can form a relationship with and it has become very exhausting to go through the paperwork required to bring in new tenants who are unable to sign the lease.
