Nayan's room

My girlfriend and I are looking to rent the second room with a separate washroom for $1600. The living room and the bedroom are furnished (Desk and bed included). Electricity and internet bills are included in the rent .

About the building: It is well located between 2 subway stations, Wellesley and Sherbourne. 5 minutes away from Freshco and Foodbasics. We got one of the biggest condo gyms in the city. Other amenities are Billard’s room, a party room, and a rooftop terrace with a pool.

P.s. we have a great view of the CN tower and the UOFT from the living room.

Hi, I’m a Male working in an AI startup. I go to work from the office 3 days a week. I have OCD so I’m only looking for clean people.

My girlfriend is a teacher and Master’s student in Psychotherapy. She works from 8 am to 4 PM, 5 days a week at school, and will do her evening classes from home.

I believe that we are very active people. I go for Muay Thai on weekday evenings and Latin dancing on weekends.

Open to having friends over for drinks or dinner once in a while, as long as we can kill the party at 10:30 PM. We have very strict neighbors, unfortunately.
