Room available from 24th April 2025 We been renting to female students for 12 years This room is only for you no one allowed to enter the house No friends or family is allowed to enter the house or go up the stairs at any time Heavy items Leave the items near the stairs we will take it up so you dont scratch the wooden treads

Family or friend or parents who need to come inside to use the washroom Please call or text us Sure they can use the powder room sit and talk in the living room But not going up the stairs we wish to keep the place clean and safe, and some time we are not at home , so we prefer no one goes up the stairs and in the rooms

Location is very good Convenient location and close proximity to bus stops # 31, 7. Bus 31 goes to the waterloo university we have groceries, conestoga mall, canadian tire. Relatively newer sub-division. Shared kitchen with senior couple. Kitchen supplies provided. and your own wash room

Senior couple living in this house. We have 2 daughers they may come some times we have a daughters dog comes some time. We occupy the master bedroom with ensuite washroom. we treat all students well and respect them and their privacy

Smoking in the house is not allwoed and we ask for parents reference. Looking for females who are tidy and clean. No much late nights Female who want to make up a good life and a bit of enjoyment is fine

No boy friends coming around or talking on the street front of the house.
