Offering a private room for rent in my 3600 sq ft home in Westwood Plateau, Coquitlam beginning August 1st.
Furnishings include Queen Bed, dresser, desk and lamp.
Bathroom shared (3 bathroom house) Full laundry Full use of kitchen. Beautiful Deck and backyard.
Utilities included plus wifi
It is a beautiful home with lots of positive energy and we want a tenant with the same vibe who doesn’t lead a wild life.
Both house and room photo’s are included.
No smoking, no overnight guests, no parties. Will be asking for references as this is a private home.

We are generally quiet, enjoying each other’s company but keeping to our own very busy professional lives. We don’t have many guests over, enjoy sharing meals and conversations when we can, but are very welcoming and low-stress.
One of us is a developer/systems architect and the other is in marketing with a technology company.
