There is on-site laundry in the basement. We have an in-window AC unit for the summer, and utility costs come to roughly an additional 85 dollars per month. Situated 5 minutes away from the 416 by car, or a three-minute walk to the local bus stop. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. Open to cats or other small pets. Allergy-friendly.

I am a quiet, introverted accounting student who works part-time teaching online. I spend most of my time on the computer, and my free time activities are generally nerdy— writing and D&D, primarily. Privacy and alone time is very important to me (I’ve lived in shared living spaces most of my life), and I’ll respect your space. I do not smoke and only drink in small amounts, and have never been one to party or invite people over. If you are an introverted nerd, we will probably get on very well together.
