We have two rooms available (see dates below) in a shared 2 bedroom ground level basement suite. All inclusive, rent covers all utilities as well as Wi Fi and we also have Disney + and Amazon Prime.

Room #1: Available September 1, 2025 (Queen bed) Rent: $1300

Room #2: Available May 1, 2025 (Twin bed) Rent: $1250

These private rooms are located on the ground floor of a bright, beautiful and fully renovated house in the safe and sought after Edgemont Village neighborhood in North Vancouver. 2 mins walking distance to public transit on Capilano road and 15-20 bus ride to downtown Vancouver. Walking distance to Edgemont Village with all the beautiful cafes and shops. Grouse mountain is 5-6 mins by car.

We are looking for quiet and respectable tenants for these rooms. Ideal for a university student or young professional.
