Main intersection is Sheppard and Leslie. Room is available October first or sooner. 12’ x 9’ 8” room in a beautiful townhouse to share with 3 other adults. Room and house are fully furnished and equipped. Backyard with beautiful garden, furniture and BBQ. Great community. Close to subway, shops, restaurants, parks, Fairview and Bayview Village Malls, NYG Hospital, lots of parks. The Don River East Trail runs behind the townhouse complex. It’s great for walking, running and biking.

Mature adults. Easygoing, kind, respectful, clean, considerate and quiet. We are friendly and social while respecting others’ privacy and desire for alone time. We have a very sweet and friendly cat named Cocoa who loves people, but will stay out of your room if you prefer.
