Furnished bedroom comes with off street parking, private entrance, private furnished sunroom, private pantry/refrigerator, shared access to enormous, beautiful back yard. You have a lockable door separating your space from the rest of the house, and your own thermostat that runs a separate furnace for your area. This “room” is practically a separate, furnished suite, except for the shared kitchen and laundry, and if you wish to utilize a microwave and hot plate, you could completely avoid the shared kitchen. There’s a dedicated weight room that you may access in the front of the house. Any dogs are subject to pre-screening by myself and my very old, mellow lab X. Dogs are not allowed free run of the backyard, but there is a separately fenced side yard they can use freely as required.
