Single spacious upper floor room with bathroom for rent of a townhouse. Looking for a vegetarian female working professional to rent a room, in a 3 bedroom 3 bath spacious house located in Whitby (walkable distance to all the amenities and Whitby mall).
Monthly expense : Rent $800+ utilities (gas, electricity, water and internet).
It’s a 3 bhk corner town house and one room is available for rent. You will be sharing Kitchen, bathroom living room and laundry. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, please do not contact if you are unable to commit to keep the place neat and clean.
