About the room
There are two rooms available in a townhouse located just on the edge of little Italy. Just a short walk from bus stops, the Civic hospital, and Carleton university it would be an excellent choice for many individuals. The area is very safe and has scenic walking areas close by with the experimental farm just minutes away. The house includes a furnished kitchen and living areas and two full bathrooms. There is a free parking space behind the house with street parking also accessible during except during specified periods in the winter. Utilities are not included but are kept low and affordable.
About the roomies
Myself and my roommate are recent university graduates turning in to careers. While no pets currently live in the house they are welcome and neither of us are allergic. We are queer and welcome roommates of any background and and would expect equal acceptance in return. I myself am male and she female and we are welcoming to anyone if any gender who may be interested.
