Furnished with queen sized bed, bedside table and lamp. Bedroom is on the upper floor. There is a bedroom/den with desk, chairs and tv, full bathroom and 2 other bedrooms upstairs. There is a sitting room on the main floor with a dining room, kitchen and half bath. You will have access to the main and upper floor of the home.

All ultilities (and high speed internet) are included in the rent. We also provide access to all our streaming services as well.

There is a deck and fenced backyard. Lake access included in rent (tennis courts, swimming, paddle boards in the summer and skating and ice fishing in the winter).

We do have pets and i foster for a rescue organization so if you have allergies or don’t like dogs and cats this would not be a good fit. Our dogs are large and love everyone. Our cats are…well they are cats so they will ignore you unless you are going to feed them.

There is no smoking/vaping of any kind inside the house but we are okay with outside or in the garage.

We are two working professionals/empty nesters. We have a male tenant in his 30’s in the basement suite who has his own space and bathroom but does share the kitchen on the main floor.
