Monica's room

Furnished with queen sized bed, mountain views. Bedroom is on the upper floor. There is a den with desk, chairs and tv, full bathroom and 2 other bedrooms upstairs. There is a sitting room on the main floor with a dining room, kitchen and half bath. Lake access included in rent (tennis courts, swimming, paddle boards).
We do have pets and i foster for a rescue organization so if you have allergies or don’t like dogs and cats this would not be a good fit.

We are two working professionals/empty nesters. We have one male tenant that you will share the bathroom with and another male tenant in the basement suite (they have their own washroom).
