It is the master room that is available, and it comes with private bathroom and walk-in closet. I offer discount for summer month(may-august) as only 850+hydro(~25) per month. After sep, 2024, the rent will be back to the original as 1000+hydro and wifi and insurance(~65 in total). Both the room and the unit are spacious and quiet, especially considering the unit is at the end of the building. You will be living with a post-doc who works full-time, and she is tidy, clean and respectful.
