About the room
The unit is new and comes with stainless steel appliances. The condo is in a great location. It’s a short walk away from Square One, Celebration Square, and the YMCA. There’s plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and there’s a plaza with a Shoppers, Staples, a gym, and a grocery store across the street.
You will have your own bathroom, and will have access to the building’s amenities, which include a gym, an indoor swimming pool and hot tub, a games room, as well as a 24/7 concierge. The unit also comes with a parking spot which I am not using.
About the roomies
A little about me, I’m 21M and work as a software developer. I graduated from UBC last year and have been living here since. I’m cannabis friendly but there is a no smoking policy in the unit and on the balcony.
