Susan's room

Open to sharing with a mature couple, but also open to individual roommates. We have 2 rooms. One larger for $750 and one $650. We live a couple of minutes walk to Lake Nosbonsing. Great fishing and swimming. Excellent country living close to North Bay. Includes utilities, wifi, laundry, private apartment fridge, parking, access to spare guest room for overnight guests, as well as access to small private deck for smoking/sitting. BBQ available . Shared common kitchen, living room, 1 1/2 bathrooms. Within a short walking distance, you have access to pharmacy, convenience store, fast food outlet, LCBO, bank, Catholic church and senior centre, if interested. We are a mature, easy going, quiet couple, semi retired. Enjoying the easy paced good life. We have a small Westie. Very friendly. Hypoallergenic. When not with us she is crated. Roomies have no responsibilities there.😁
