Room is nice and light. It’s on the lower level of a 2-level unit and completely private. We share all facilities and spaces, apart from my private bedroom, which is on the upper level, together with the 4-piece bathroom. The bathtub is a vintage claw-foot! The lower level has the kitchen and a small deck opening from the kitchen. It also has the living and dining area, which is quite spacious. That area opens on to a sunroom, which is set up as a study/office. Street parking is available by City permit.
About me: quiet, maybe a bit shy/reserved, originally from London, England. Like reading, writing ( but not ‘rithmetic😊). Also music, mostly classical and folk. I play recorder (badly) and clarinet (even worse). No, I don’t play drums. Addictions: cycling and swimming (and strong coffee: there’s a wonderful cafe in our ‘hood). I’m the only person with whom you would be sharing. Since the unit is on the second and third floor, you’d have to be sufficiently mobile and fit to climb stairs. No elevator! Oh yes, we are close to The Danforth (Greek Village) Withrow Park, (with public tennis, skating and ping-pong ++) Don Valley Ravine/Riverdale Park Park (perfect for congregating, sunbathing and whatever you fancy). Downtown is very convenient and close: by subway, by streetcar from Broadview, by great cycling lanes, and through the park systems. Of course you can walk, or even drive. Et ça suffit (I forgot to say I speak French and Spanish, as well as English English - born and raised in the U.K. ) I’d prefer a mature person as a roommate; 22+.
