Hey! We’re in an easy going laid back house. You’re new Furnished room is in a shared house and is coming available (before Feb) on the top floor. It’s a larger bedroom 11x11 and comes with 4 walls, a floor, a ceiling and even a door and a window! =) Also, as I said furnished, comes with a queen bed, a duvet, and pillows. There’s a walk-in closet and a view on the park, and back yard. Wifi, laundry, utilities, IPTV and parking are included.

On the main floor you’ve got a huge dining table as well suitable for study or having some guests over for a board game or crafts. We have a nice sized backyard too for gardening a thing or laying in the hammock, or lighting up the bonfire. Some space in the basement for a workout / yoga / stretching too.

The whole setup is best suited for a student or young professional to join in. Parking is included if needed, or easy bus access: Just 1 bus ride #1 or #5 to downtown, to McMaster Uni, to St Peters or St Josephs hospitals.
All major amenities nearby, groceries, Beer, LCBO, park, bar, restaurants, 1 bus to centennial mall, etc.

Write up a little something about yourself and what you’re looking for. No long term lease required. I like to keep things simple and flexible. 1st and last upfront, proof of income, couple references. Easy peezy.

Occasionally a board game gets busted out, occasional movies go on in the living room or a hockey game. IPTV and youtube is included there. Shared living room also comes with a huge dining table suitable for study, hobbies or your guests too. We keep the house clean, so you should keep dishes clean after yourself too.

The two engineer / tech guys both cook regularly. Sometimes spinning up homemade pizzas, sometimes butter chicken, sometimes a disaster after a failed attempt! Sometimes Patrick tinkers with an instrument downstairs. He also loves the garden out back. The asian guy basically lives off Mr Noodles, working out, some security gaurd work, and can chat your ear off about politics if you wish.
