This place is great. My roommate is moving out so I’m trying to find a replacement. Total rent is about 3350 without power. Parking stall is 175 a month and 25 for storage.

It’s one of the nicest apartments downtown for this price. Penthouse, huge balcony facing the mountains (beautiful views).

I’m an EIT working downtown. Went to school in Edmonton, graduated 2018.

I play sports although just tore my achilles so I’ve been out of commission for a bit, gym, video games and hang out with friends.

I keep to myself so don’t really care who I live with.
