Single room for rent in a two-story town, in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of many grocery stores, restaurants, a library, and plenty of pathways. Easy drive to Tanger Outlets, Centrum, and the Eagleson P&R. Bus stop across the street or the Hazealdean mall is 15min walking.

The room is 11.6 x 10ft with an attached closet (27“x59“), it is currently used as an office - the desk will be removed. The room will be partially furnished with a dresser and end table; however, you must supply your own bed and additional furnishings. Water, hydro, and internet are included in the rate, heating will be split, TBD depending on the season.

Access to the kitchen with full-sized appliances. Bathrooms are shared, one main and a part bath. In-house laundry and a small patio.

Ideal for students - flexibility on the length of the rental period. Not looking for 1-year+ leases. No smokers. *Note cats are living in the house, please no other pets.

I’m (F) a working professional looking to rent one room in my townhouse. I’m independent, quiet, clean, and keep busy with hobbies. I love the outdoors - hiking, camping, paddling, gardening, etc. I work part-time from home, with a few days in the office.
