About the room
This beautiful and large 2-bed, 2-bathroom apartment is located south-facing Lake Ontario on the tenth floor.
The room is free starting September 1st, 2024.
You will have your own room with your own private bathroom, including a walk-in shower. Your room is equipped with a twin bed, a study desk, and standing lamps. Clothes can be stored in a walk-in closet. Also, you will have access to a fully furnished living room with a couch, TV, and office area, and a kitchen which is fully equipped. The apartment has a washer and dryer. You will have access to the gym, pool, and sauna in the building. The building also has a barbecue area. Your safety is the first priority at this place, as there is a doorman and concierge 24/7. Wi-fi, water, and electricity are not included in the monthly payment, but make up about $75 a month. The lease agreement will be for a duration of one year, with monthly payments. The furniture is not included in the monthly rent and can be taken over for a good price. A security deposit of the last one or two months might be required.
The Harbourfront is a very touristy and busy venue, where one can walk around the water and leave the worries away, collection of boutiques, galleries, cafes, & restaurants. Commute Union Station is a 5-minute walk away from the building. A streetcar stop and the water taxi to the Toronto Islands are right at the door.
About the roomies
You will share the apartment with a female working professional in her late twenties. Kind, easy-going, and very respectful. Working professionals are preferred.
