Private room with shared bathroom in a central location! Hoping to find a roommate to SUBLET for 4 months (Apr 30th - Aug 31st).

The room and apartment are fully furnished, including a kitchen, dining room, living room, and balcony. Personal belongings will be removed from the bedroom you will rent. TTC, groceries, and restaurants are within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. The room and balcony overlook Grange Park and the AGO.

Wifi and electricity are normally an additional $60. There is laundry in the basement of the building.
