Location: New modern neighborhood of Toronto Sheppard & Keele area, close to Downsview Park, Humber River Hospital, York University, Yorkdale mall, Major Highways, Subway/Metro and Go Train stations with City Bus access within 1 minute walking distance. Walking distance to grocery stores. Across from Stanley community park with access to tennis courts, outdoor gym, walking, running and biking paths. Short drive to Etobicoke, downtown Toronto, Mississauga and GTA suburbs.
Description: The fully furnished room is located on the 2nd floor of the property, living room with TV and 3-piece washroom/shared with one other tenant.
Access to washer and dryer is available. Access to fully equipped kitchen and utensils is available for light cooking only. Due to allergies we can’t accomodate cooking with smelly spices. Small private fridge provided.
One parking spot in the driveway is available if required.
All utilities and unlimited Internet are included.
The ambiance is friendly, respectful, organized and quiet. We can’t accomodate smokers, visitors/parties and pets, First and last months’ rent are required prior to the move-in date
