About the room
Private 1 bedroom + den in front of townhome available in edge of Liberty Village/Parkdale, 15 minute walk from Liberty Village core, lakeside park & exhibition GO station, and plenty of space. Kept very clean (I’m a remote worker so usually am cleaning the whole home after work at 6-7 PM every day/other day). All utilities + internet included; in unit full washer and dryer; premium appliances (espresso/coffee machine, large fridge, all cookware can be used)!
Dog friendly is a must - we currently have 3 old dogs (F husky, M Pomsky and M Mini Aussie), all quiet and very well trained we’ve had since puppies (family dogs). Easy to keep them separated from your private space just in case!
About the roomies
27 M MBA graduate working remotely for a tech company here in Toronto, and my 16 F sister currently attending high school. Quiet and semi-private, I’m here throughout the week and weekend, and she is here M-F (gone Sat-Sun); still happy to get to know each other!
