I have a basement room for rent. Main intersection is York Mills and DVP. Looking for student or working professional (female preferred). All utilities included. Furnished. Parking is available but for $30 per month. Shared bathroom, kitchen and laundry.

Deposit = $1700 first and last month’s rent

Bus stop is at the doorstep. 20 minutes from york mills station by bus. Very convenient location. Close to grocery stores, library, parks, bike trails and Parkway mall. 40 mins to Seneca Newnham College by transit. 20 mins to Lambton College by transit. 35 mins to University of Toronto Scarborough. 20 mins to North York General Hospital by transit.

First and last month is required. Non smoker, no vaping and alike. No overnight guest, no parties and pets allowed. Looking for quiet, clean and responsible tenant.
