BATHROOM Main bathroom/shower/tub is shared with Dbl shower head and wand. Big vanity to put your belongings in and closet in bathroom for personal effects. If needed. OUTDOORS 3 locking sheds if you need to store things Backyard is fully fenced in with 3 swings, 2 firepits and beautiful gardens to comfort yourself. Pool in summer to cool yourself. There is a vegetable garden is there if you wish to use.The front has an 18foot deck with chairs table and LG umbrella to have your coffee or leisurely sit. There is no yard work (mowing, lawn care, shovelling) you have to do as it is done for you. Parking available in front of the home. Walking distance to bus, and amenities. There is a chore list to voluntarily check off so home is harmonous. Everyone does There part and share.

There is locks on outside of each bedroom door. So you know your stuff is safe while your away.

This is a comfortable home of peace and tranquility. There is no smoking, vaping or partying in or on property.

There are two cats and two small dogs on site. All are very loving and affectionate.

There will be first and deposit needed as well references.

The two bedrooms upstairs, has two working/students. Both female. Non smoking, no vaping, no cannabis. No partying.
