Available January OR February 1st 2025 1 bedroom comes with a private den/office space . We are in a shared 3 bedroom apartment $ 1,198 + $125 utilities . We appreciate a roommate who is kind, clean, responsible. Lives easily and with respect for all roommates . It’s not a party home but guests are welcome of course . No pets, No harsh cleaning supplies (only natural cleaning products and will be provided free of charge ) it’s a toxic free home no microwaves allowed and No cigarette smokers allowed First + Last rent required (must have email transfer) rent is on the first of every month and you can give us minimum 30 days notice please if you have to move out . Utilities : Hydro, gas, internet, washer and dryer, dishwasher. Two females are currently in the apartment. One is from Toronto and is in holistic wellness.
