I need a roommate who needs a short term stay with potential for long term. When I am present we will split the rent equally 450 per person. I live alone now and my land lady lives upstairs. I mind my business and she hers. Ideal roommate would be a professional or someone with a stable job or student with parents paying, I prefer non smoker, not a neat freak, please no men its better for females to go to the guys’ house anyway :).
