About the room
Quiet house on a quiet street. The room can be furnished or not furnished. There are two rooms for rent that are sharing one bathroom.
The larger room has the pictures of the dog and is for rent of 1100 for one person and the smaller room is the other brown bed frame for 900 a month.
If two people are sharing a room it will be more as all utilities are included.
If both rooms are wanted then price can be negotiable as well.
About the roomies
Two other shared rooms are in the unit. One is occupied by a female working professional and the other by a male working professional. Both are quiet and reserved and have their own bathrooms.
Kitchen and other spaces will be shared and shared responsibility by tenants for snow removal and cleaning up common spaces after themselves.
