Hi there! I’m looking for a female to rent a private bedroom in my semi-detached home. The bedroom is now furnished with a bed and desk (not futon like the pic). You will have your own private half bath with access to the upper full bath for showering. Rent will include your own fully finished and furnished basement. The kitchen will be shared, however I will have sole access to the living room and the upper level. Please read the following notes carefully before contacting me. A couple of notes to consider: The closest intersection is Wellington and commissioners. I am also close to bus routes. You will be living with me as this is my home not a rental house.
