Possibility for groups to sublet the other rooms over the summer, as only 1 other bedroom will be occupied from May-August. Female tenants only please! The room can be furnished, or you can bring your own furniture. The house has laundry, heat, several outdoor parking spots, a backyard, and is a 5-minute walk from Queen’s Main Campus. My one roommate that will be there in the summer is doing her master’s. She is quiet, neat, kind, and respectful of common spaces. We all enjoy going out and staying in, and are very conscious of people’s needs with respect to being quiet, asking when having people over, and sharing resposibilities for cleaning.
