I own a house in Carlington, very close to Westboro and the highway, and I’m looking for a housemate. You’ll have your own private room, a shared bathroom, and there’s also an office space that we can share, as well as a screened in patio and backyard. The basement is unfinished but plenty of room for storage if you have stuff you need to store.

Laundry on-site in the basement and there’s air conditioning.

There’s a decent sized fenced-in yard.

In addition to monthly rent, we’ll split utilities (including internet).

I’m pretty quiet at home, respectful, communicate well, very clean, and easy to get along with.

I’m walking distance to a Food Basics and Shoppers Drug Mart. Real Canadian Superstore is also close by.

It’s just me and my pup Archie! He’s a small, house trained, hypoallergenic (doesn’t shed) yorkie shihtzu. He loves other dogs!
