This is a great apartment to live in! It’s just steps away from the Streetcar, and within walking distance to ExhibitionGo. Both Ossington and Trinity Bellwoods are 10 mins stroll away. You can choose between 2 rooms (own bathroom vs shared). This smoke-free apartment is semi-furnished, with ensuite laundry and lots of natural light. You’re going to love the view from the balcony.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me and another possible roommate. I’m a respectful professional in my late 20s. I work from home a couple of days a week. I occasionally have friends and family over, but I also appreciate the importance of maintaining a peaceful environment. Once in a while, I take care of my friends’ cats. I am seeking two non-smoker, clean and organized roommates who value mutual respect and understand the need for privacy.
