Location: college and Yonge ; at the heart of downtown Toronto. 1 min walk from college station 10-minute walk from U of T campus. Several restaurants nearby. 2-minute walk to College Park. 10 mins walking from Dundas Square. 2 mins walking from various stores like Shoppers Drug Mart, Canada Loblaws, Farmboy, Metro, UPS, CanadaPost, Dollorama, and LCBO.

The apartment will be shared with another female who is a working professional. Looking for a clean and quiet roommate. No smoking, no overnight guests.
