• We have a beautifully renovated home, built in 1970 but renovated in 2024. Our home is 2300 square feet. 4 beds, 2 bath. Large property (0.25 acres). Large outside covered deck. Firepit and BBQ. • We have 1 very friendly cat and 2 dogs. • You’ll have a private room on a separate floor, and mostly private bathroom, but the rest of our living space is open and shared. • We are very close to Royal Roads University, the Galloping Goose and Westshore Mall. • We have 2 large fridges and a large chest deep freezer as well as a bar fridge. • We have some extra storage space to store your things.

• Myself and my wife. We’re 38 and 36. • I’m a registered physiotherapist and my wife is a stay-at-home mom. • We have two little girls, 4 and 2.5 years old; and 3-month-old son. We are currently only open to female roommates. • We’re very open, friendly, outgoing and accommodating. We enjoy being active and playing board games. We live very busy lives. • Our ideal roomie would be someone who does their own thing but also has shared interests and enjoys hanging out from time to time. • In the past our girls have taken well to our past roommates and love to visit with them and often insist on good night hugs before bed. • A major plus for us if you’re willing to dog sit from time to time as we leave for the odd weekend.
