About the room
• OFFERING: A lockable, private bedroom in a fairly spacious one-bedroom apartment. -NOTE: The apartment is a fairly spacious, one-bedroom apartment. I’ve installed a blackout curtain to divide the living room into it’s own space (which would serve as my ‘bedroom’).
• A long hall way separates the bedroom from the kitchen/living room, so you would have a great deal of privacy in your area (and a private closet with ample space)🚪
• We would have equal access to the kitchen and bathroom; whenever possible, I would plan in advance to let you know when I intend to cook (and roughly what time I’ll regularly be showering) 🍳
• The monthly rent ($600) includes internet and utilities 🚿
• You would be allowed to furnish the bedroom yourself or make use of the existing bed 🛏️
