I’m looking for someone to share a 2 bed+2 baths condo with me. It’s a brand new condo, never lived in and some parts are still under construction but the unit are all finished.

There is also 2 dens in the unit so a lot of space to make use of. Laundry is ensuite

• Located at Mississauga Rd and Lakeshore Rd W.
• 4 mins to Port Credit GO

Grocery, dentists, shoppers, etc… basically everything is available within walking distance.

I’m a working professional in my early 20s. Working from home 3 days a week. I have a cat who is very introvert and likes to stay inside my room. I also rarely cook so won’t be using the common spaces a lot. Looking for someone quiet, clean, respectful and cat-friendly.
