About the room
Basement room with an ensuite bathroom. It is a cozy home with a nice living space and great backyard for gardening or hanging out with friends. Located in Bloordale right between Bloor and College, the home has quick access to the subway line on Bloor St (10 minute walk), and is a 2 minute walk to Dufferrin Mall (no frills, walmart, food court, other essentials). Lots of great parks, restaurants, cafes, and bars near by.
Laundry in unit, utilities not included in rent. One parking space on property available which is not included in rent. Please reply if you are interested in a viewing or for more information.
Basement room can come partially furnished depending on what you might like to keep (dresser, desk) Items such as music equipment and the couch in the photos will be removed.
About the roomies
Currently two other roommates in the home, Ryan and Alex. They are in their early 30s and are very friendly. Both have lived in the home for over two years. We are open to male or female roommates. Also open to ages ranging from 22+.
