I currently have two openings in a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. They are a four month sublet available from May 1st 2024 to August 31st 2024 . Recently renovated with heat pump and close to grocery stores, Halifax Public Library. 20 min walk to Dalhousie University and Saint Mary’s University. House is close to main bus routes and everything but wifi is included in rent. In unit laundry and fully furnished with a full working kitchen.

Currently living with three clean and respectful female students, we are all looking to sublet our rooms.
