Hello I am looking for a roommate (male or female no preference) to rent out a bedroom with your own bathroom in my 2bed 2bath + den condo, south-west facing corner suite in the heart of Mississauga opposite Celebration Square. Move in date is Aug 1st. Rent is $1,600/month which includes utilities, 1GB internet and access to the condo amenities. Parking is not included but can be rented for $120-$150 month as there are many ads for those looking to rent parking spots.

Room has: • New Double Bed with Storage & Night Table • Desk & Chair for those that may need to work from home • Computer terminal for internet browsing as well light MS Office applications • Wall mounted 43” TV with 5.1 Surround Sound • New professionally built custom closet organizer • Freshly painted
