2 bed 2 bath apartment in a high-rise building near stadium LRT and the river valley, to be shared with one other person and a cat. the unit has in-suite laundry, air conditioning installed, a large balcony with a propane barbecue, a beautiful view of the city, lots of natural sunlight, and an updated kitchen with a dishwasher and pantry. you would only be responsible for furnishing most of your bedroom and bathroom as the rest of the apartment pretty much has everything. the location is very convenient for taking transit or walks in the river valley. the building also has a gym on the second floor for residents, and underground parking is available for an extra monthly fee.

the exact amount for your half of the rent will depend on if you have pets, need a parking stall, etc. heat and water are included in the base rent, while internet and electricity are separate; electricity especially varies month-to-month depending on AC usage. lease renews at the end of august, but if you are able to move in sooner my current roommate and i have some flexibility with that!

a bit about me: mid-20s, queer, student at macewan, work part time. i have a very sweet and friendly 5-year-old spayed cat (open to another pet but she is usually scared of other animals so patience and understanding while adjusting would be necessary - she loooves people though!). i’m fairly quiet and clean and tend to keep to myself most of the time, but would ideally like to be friends with my roommate, so someone who’s into similar music, tv/movies, or other general interests as me would be a plus. i’m totally cool with you having people over as long as you’re respectful, communicative, and clean up after yourselves :) Igbtq+ and 420 friendly
